About Mentzai
Built on Expertise. Driven by Outcomes.
Mentzai is a Portuguese IT consulting and software engineering company helping medium and large enterprises across Europe navigate technology complexity and build digital advantage.
Who We Are
A Team of Senior Engineers and Consultants
Founded in Lisbon, Mentzai brings together experienced consultants, architects and software engineers with a shared passion for solving complex technology challenges. We serve clients across financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail and the public sector.
We are technology-agnostic by design. Our independence allows us to recommend the right solution for each client's unique context not the one tied to a vendor relationship.

To empower organizations to leverage technology as a genuine competitive advantage through expert consulting, engineering excellence and long-term partnership.
Our Vision
To be Europe's most trusted technology partner for enterprises seeking meaningful, measurable digital transformation without the overhead of a global systems integrator.
Our Values
What We Stand For
Technical Excellence
We hold ourselves to a high standard. Every line of code, every architecture decision, every recommendation reflects our commitment to quality.
Client Centricity
We succeed when our clients succeed. Their outcomes drive every decision we make, from scoping to delivery.
Transparency
Honest communication, clear reporting and no hidden agendas. We tell clients what they need to hear, not just what they want to hear.
Continuous Learning
Technology evolves fast. Our team invests continuously in learning, certifications and staying ahead of the curve.
Collaboration
We work as an extension of your team, not a distant vendor. We bring energy, ownership and genuine partnership.
Accountability
